Questions
How does billing work?
Plus and Pro are one-time payments that unlock 30 days of access (or 365 days on the Yearly plan) — no subscription, no card kept on file, no automatic charge. When your access runs out you simply pay again to keep going, whenever you're ready.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — start on Free and upgrade to Plus or Pro whenever you like, or go from Plus to Pro later on. If you're on Plus, you can upgrade to Pro and pay only the price difference for the days you have left. There's no lock-in either way.
What if I buy while I already have a plan?
Buying the same plan again adds the days on to the end of your current plan. Buying a different plan (say Pro while on Plus) queues it: it starts the day your current plan ends, and your Account page shows when. Queued purchases can't be cancelled or refunded.
What's the difference between the Standard and Pro AI models?
Both write full, exam-style papers. The Pro model reasons more deeply — sharper distractors and more realistic clinical vignettes — while the Standard model is faster and included on every plan. Pro unlocks unlimited exams on either.
