Use of the Service is at Your own risk. **Always verify critical medical facts against official university lecture notes and accredited textbooks.** We are not responsible for any academic or professional consequences resulting from incorrect AI-generated data.
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing, subscription tiers, and features at any time. Prices for any Plan may increase upon reasonable notice. Furthermore, We reserve the right to downgrade Your subscription tier, limit access to specific features, or implement downtime for maintenance and updates at Our sole discretion.
Nature of Payment: By paying for a subscription tier, You are paying exclusively for the access and use of our proprietary AI software, generation algorithms, and platform features. You are not paying for any educational content, university lectures, or study materials that may be accessible through the Service as a registered 1st-year medical student. Any such content remains the property of its respective copyright holders and is provided for formative revision purposes only.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. There may be periods of downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. As the app is in development, **data loss may occur.** Users are encouraged to export or save any critical study data independently. We are not liable for any lost history, mistakes, or usage data.
In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
